Organizational and work psychologist, his main research interests focus on the human resources management and social systems in organizations, employee professional development and training, integration of vulnerable social groups on the labor market and user-machine interactions. He is an honorary fellow of Munich University of Applied Sciences and an active member and researcher in the Centre for Social Research, LBUS.
