AI4GreenPET – Monitoring and controlling eco-friendly quality of the PET bottle manufacturing process based on advanced AI services – is an innovative research and innovation project (H2020 – DIH-World Open Call) focused on using advanced Artificial Intelligence to monitor and optimize the eco-friendly manufacturing of PET bottles.
Project Impact
The project developed AI-driven tools designed to automatically detect and respond to manufacturing defects, minimize plastic waste, and optimize the overall eco-friendly quality of PET bottle production. The project results have also been highlighted in local tech and industry seminars in Sibiu as a prime example of how integrating AI with ERP systems can revolutionize industrial production and drive circular economy goals.
