The conference „BIOATLAS 2014” provided a forum for professionals, professors, lecturers and PhD students in the field of food and tourism, for the exchange of information on education, research, applications and developments for food and tourism and to publish the latest results. Topics include issues related to technologies for biodiversity and agriculture, new trends in tourism development, IT&C in agriculture, food industry and tourism, etc. Contributions from different countries allowed an extended perspective for all those who participated in the event.
