Summary: The project proposes the development of new extracurricular teaching activities to be piloted in 10 schools / high schools in Sibiu County. Implementation of educational activities extracurricular, to which a major contribution is made by specialists in gastronomy and heritage promotion, brings innovative values to the applied education process students on the one hand but also teacher training on the basic principles of what must be respected for access to the minimum knowledge in gastronomy. In the ULBS develops and develops experimental activities in gastronomy. Accessing experimental activities is extremely important for accessing positive emotions, changing attitudes and developing new skills that can add to the educational process. Students will be educated to develop related skills of the new science of gastronomy. This project is part of the thematic area of the program European Region of Gastronomy 2019.
