Digital Transformation Lab – IM311

The Digital Transformation Laboratory is a creative space for innovation dedicated to research, development, and experimentation in applying conceptual modeling tools to engineering problems.

The applications developed in the laboratory are structured into three levels:

  1. Business Layer using SAP-Scenes – abstraction and problem description through everyday life scenarios.
  2. Conceptual Modeling Layer – conceptual modeling of the problem using domain-specific tools.
  3. Proof of Concept Layer – CPS Device – physical implementation using robots, microcontrollers, and other devices such as power sources, cables, and web cameras.
