(EN)\n\nThe Annual Conference \u201cPolitics and Security\u201d, organized by the Department of International Relations, Political Science and Security Studies (DRISPSS) in cooperation with the Center for Research in Political Science, International Relations and European Studies (CCSPRISE), was held on Friday, October 24.\n\nThe proceedings were opened by Dr. Gabriel \u0218erban, Director of DRISPSS, and Dr. Eugen Str\u0103u\u021biu, Director of CCSPRISE. Formal addresses of greeting were delivered by Professor Cristina-Emanuela Dasc\u0103lu, PhD, Vice-President of the Education Committee of the Chamber of Deputies, and Professor Alexandru Solcan, PhD, Dean of the Faculty of International Relations, Political and Administrative Sciences at the State University of Moldova.\nThe keynote lectures were delivered by Professor Dan Dungaciu, with a presentation entitled \u201cTransnistria and the Statehood of the Republic of Moldova\u201d, and Professor Radu Baltasiu, with \u201cThe Dawn of the New Nomos.\u201d\nDuring the inaugural session, several recent scholarly volumes authored by members of DRISPSS and CCSPRISE were presented. Timothy French, member of the Balkan History Association, introduced the \u201cSouth-European History\u201d series, published by the prestigious Peter Lang publishing house under the coordination of Mihai Dragnea. Within this series, the 2023 volume \u201cThe Armed Conflict of the Dniester\u201d appeared as a result of a project undertaken by the Laboratory for the Analysis of the Transnistrian Conflict (LACT). Dr. Emilia Tomescu presented a series of volumes dedicated to national anthems, prepared in collaboration with Dr. Iuliana Neago\u0219 and published by Technomedia Press. The monograph \u201cDemocratic Decline in Romania after 2007\u201d (Suceava, Alexandria Publishing House, 2025) by Drago\u0219 Dragoman was highlighted by Dr. Cristina-Emanuela Dasc\u0103lu, while the commemorative volume \u201cHistorian Cristian Troncot\u0103 at 70 Years\u201d (Craiova, 2024) was presented by Dr. Marius \u0218pechea.\nAcross the thematic sections, 29 papers were presented by 32 authors representing academic and research institutions from the Republic of Moldova (State University of Moldova; \u201cAlexandru cel Bun\u201d Armed Forces Military Academy, Chi\u0219in\u0103u; Agency for Science and Military Memory, Chi\u0219in\u0103u; Bureau for Reintegration Policy; State Chancellery of the Republic of Moldova), Romania (University of Bucharest; \u201cBabe\u0219-Bolyai\u201d University, Cluj-Napoca; \u201cDun\u0103rea de Jos\u201d University, Gala\u021bi; \u201cLucian Blaga\u201d University, Sibiu; Balkan History Association), Ukraine (Yuriy Fedkovych National University, Chernivtsi), and the People\u2019s Republic of China (Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, Hangzhou).\nThe conference comprised three thematic panels:\n1.\tThe Transnistrian Issue in National and Regional Perspective (organized by the Laboratory for the Analysis of the Transnistrian Conflict \u2013 LACT),\n2.\tPolitics and Security: Theoretical Perspectives and Case Studies,\n3.\tMoldovan and Ukrainian Contributions to the Study of Politics and Security.\nPartners in the annual conference project included the Center for Security Studies and Crisis Management, Chi\u0219in\u0103u (Director: Alexandru Solcan); the Balkan History Association (Director: Mihai Dragnea); the Transylvanian Academy Foundation; and Technomedia Publishing House.\n\nThe conference given by Professor Dungaciu can be viewed here: https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/136pAEJtphEMnf9EhVN9asxyIBZspJXBX\/view?usp=drivesdk<\/a>\n\n(RO)\n\nConferin\u021ba Anual\u0103 \u201ePolitic\u0103 \u0219i Securitate\u201d, organizat\u0103 de c\u0103tre Departamentul de Rela\u021bii Interna\u021bionale, \u0218tiin\u021be Politice \u0219i Studii de Securitate \u2013 \u00een cooperare cu Centrul de Cercetare \u00een \u0218tiin\u021be Politice, Rela\u021bii Interna\u021bionale \u0219i Studii Europene, \u0219i-a desf\u0103\u0219urat lucr\u0103rile vineri, 24 octombrie.\nLucr\u0103rile au fost deschide de c\u0103tre directorul DRISPSS, dr. Gabriel \u0218erban, \u0219i directorul CCSPRISE, dr. Eugen Str\u0103u\u021biu. Mesaje protocolare de salut au fost transmise de c\u0103tre vice-pre\u0219edintele Comisiei pentru \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt din Camera Deputa\u021bilor, prof.univ.dr. Cristina-Emanuela Dasc\u0103lu, \u0219i decanul Facult\u0103\u021bii de Rela\u021bii Interna\u021bionale, \u0218tiin\u021be Politice \u0219i Administrative din cadrul Universit\u0103\u021bii de Stat din Moldova, prof.univ.dr. Alexandru Solcan.\nKeynote speakers au evoluat profesorii universitari Dan Dungaciu (cu titlul \u201eTransnistria \u0219i statalitatea Republicii Moldova\u201d) \u0219i Radu Baltasiu (cu titlul \u201eZorii noului nomos\u201d).\n\u00cen sec\u021biunea inaugural\u0103 au fost prezentate volume ale membrilor DRISPSS \u0219i CCSPRISE.
