The compliance with the technical editing recommendations is analyzed. If non-compliant, the proposal is returned to the authors to remedy the irregularities.\r\n2. Proposals that have received confirmation of acceptance from the Editorial Committee are assigned for evaluation to two reviewers, depending on the issue for which the reviewers have expertise. The identity of the authors is not made known to the evaluators.\r\n3. Reviewers analyze the received papers based on the evaluation grid.\r\n4. If one of the reviews is positive and the other is negative, a third review will be decisive.\r\n\r\nAuthors who have submitted proposals will necessarily receive a response in one of the following options:\r\n1. acceptance in the submitted form;\r\n2. acceptance with minimal corrections;\r\n3. acceptance with the condition of the completion of the revisions proposed;\r\n4. rejection.\n\n<strong>(RO)<\/strong>\n1. Se analizeaz\u0103 modul de respectare a recomand\u0103rilor de tehnoredactare pentru autori. \u00cen cazul nerespect\u0103rii acestora, propunerea se returneaz\u0103 autorilor pentru remedierea neregulilor constatate.\n2. Propunerile care au primit confirmarea de acceptare din partea Comitetului de redac\u0163ie sunt repartizate spre evaluare, c\u0103tre doi recenzori, \u00een func\u0163ie de problematica pentru care recenzorii de\u0163in expertiz\u0103. Identitatea autorilor nu se face cunoscut\u0103 evaluatorilor.\n3.   Recenzorii analizeaz\u0103 articolele primite, pe baza grilei de evaluare.\t\t\n4.
