Cum fluctueaz\u0103 num\u0103rul elevilor Dumneavoastr\u0103? Dar calitatea preg\u0103tirii lor?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Anul \u0219colar a debutat ca de obicei, \u00een spa\u021biul \u00een care avem sediul refugiat de 18 ani. Acest spa\u021biu \u00eel \u00eenchiriem \u00een incinta Liceului Teoretic Doro\u021bcaia, s.Doro\u021bcaia, raionul Dub\u0103sari &#8211; localitate ce se afl\u0103 \u00een subordinea autorit\u0103\u021bilor constitu\u021bionale ale Republicii Moldova. Continu\u0103m s\u0103 circul\u0103m prin a\u0219a numita vam\u0103 a structurilor autoproclamate de la Tiraspol.<\/p>\n<p>Calitatea preg\u0103tirii este la nivelul cerin\u021belor actuale, chiar dac\u0103 nu este simplu s\u0103 men\u021bii to\u021bi parametrii acestui proces instructiv-educativ, av\u00e2nd activitatea \u00een schimbul doi \u0219i deplas\u00e2ndu-ne\u00a0 la o distan\u021b\u0103 destul de mare &#8211; \u00een special pentru copiii din satele Butor \u0219i Ta\u0219l\u00e2c, care, pe parcursul ultimilor 3 ani, au ales s\u0103 fie instrui\u021bi \u0219i educa\u021bi la noi \u00een liceu. Aceasta dovede\u0219te, \u00eenc\u0103 odat\u0103, rolul deosebit al Liceului\u00a0 Teoretic \u201e\u0218tefan cel Mare \u0219i Sf\u00e2nt\u201d \u00een aceast\u0103 lume \u0219i demonstreaz\u0103 calitatea procesului educa\u021bional, inclusiv despre rela\u021biile dintre participan\u021bii la procesul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt \u00een institu\u021bia noastr\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Fa\u021b\u0103 de anii preceden\u021bi, a\u021bi sim\u021bit o jen\u0103 suplimentar\u0103 din partea autorit\u0103\u021bilor transnistrene? Sunte\u021bi nevoi\u021bi la compromisuri pentru a duce mai departe activitatea didactic\u0103?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Chiar dac\u0103 nu mai suntem opri\u021bi \u0219i verifica\u021bi ca \u00een anii preceden\u021bi, nu cred c\u0103 putem afirma c\u0103 suntem\u00a0 \u00een culmea fericirii, c\u0103ci soarta institu\u021biei pe parcursul acestor ani \u00eenc\u0103 nu este rezolvat\u0103. M\u0103 refer la lipsa sediului \u0219i la nevoia instruirii \u00een localitatea de unde copiii \u0219i cadrele didactice au domiciliu, la necesitatea desf\u0103\u0219ur\u0103rii procesului educa\u021bional de diminea\u021b\u0103. Toate astea afecteaz\u0103 starea s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii copiilor, \u00een mod considerabil. Este altfel c\u00e2nd institu\u021bia are sediul propriu, po\u021bi desf\u0103\u0219ura activitatea respect\u00e2nd toate cerin\u021bele \u0219i rigorile unei \u0219coli moderne. Situa\u021bia ar fi considerabil diferit\u0103, \u00een bine, dac\u0103 am fi avut un sediu propriu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>De la decretarea m\u0103surilor de preven\u021bie \u0219i r\u0103spuns la criza pandemic\u0103, Dvs. v\u0103 afla\u021bi \u00een dou\u0103 regimuri, aplicate de doi centri de putere diferi\u021bi \u0219i, \u00een esen\u021b\u0103, ostili. Care sunt consecin\u021bele asupra cursurilor \u0219i activit\u0103\u021bilor didactice complementare?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Da, e o situa\u021bie \u0219i mai complicat\u0103 acum: nu puteam circula; nu mai circul\u0103 niciun transport nici \u00eentr-o direc\u021bie; nu mai func\u021bioneaz\u0103 transportul \u00een comun. Fiind \u00een autoizolare, am trecut la procesul educa\u021bional \u00een regim online, \u00een toat\u0103 \u0219coala. Comunic\u0103m prin toate platformele online uzuale: Viber, Skype, Facebook Messenger. Toate clasele au fost conectate la Classroom, iar cadrele didactice folosesc metode \u0219i platforme ale pedagogiei digitale; se realizeaz\u0103 \u0219i ore \u00een Zoom. Ne str\u0103duim s\u0103 realiz\u0103m procesul instructiv-educativ la un nivel c\u00e2t mai calitativ.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Considera\u021bi activit\u0103\u021bile didactice online ca o solu\u021bie rezonabil\u0103, \u00een actuala situa\u021bie de criz\u0103? Elevii Dvs. dispun de terminale (PC, tablete, smartphone etc.) \u0219i de conexiune la Internet, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 poat\u0103 fi parteneri viabili \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul online?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nu avem de ales. Am implicat \u0219i p\u0103rin\u021bii \u00een acest\u00a0 proces; f\u0103r\u0103 acordul \u0219i implicarea lor nu am fi putut crea Classroom-ul, deoarece fiecare elev trebuia s\u0103 aib\u0103 cont \u00een Gmail. P\u0103rin\u021bii sunt cei care acord\u0103 un mare ajutor, chiar de nu le este simplu; \u00een aceste condi\u021bii, sunt nevoi\u021bi s\u0103 fac\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 la realizarea temelor, la motivarea copiilor. \u00cen fiecare zi avem grij\u0103 s\u0103 \u021binem la control starea s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii, starea emo\u021bional\u0103 de bine, \u0219i oferim \u0219i asisten\u021b\u0103 psihopedagogic\u0103 celor ce au nevoie. Elevii dispun de terminale (PC, tablete, smartphone etc.) \u0219i de conexiune la Internet.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Presa a anun\u021bat despre dificult\u0103\u021bi \u00een recep\u021bionarea drepturilor salariale de c\u0103tre profesorii de la \u0219colile cu grafie latin\u0103. Care sunt cauzele? Exist\u0103 rezolvare?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>A fost o temere \u0219i la acest capitol. Deoarece nu ne putem deplasa c\u0103tre localitatea de unde ridic\u0103m salariul, \u0219i anume s. Co\u0219ni\u021ba, raionul Dub\u0103sari (\u00een Grigoriopol nu avem b\u0103nci autorizate\u00a0 ale Republicii Moldova), dna director E. Cercavschi, c\u00e2t \u0219i ceilal\u021bi directori ai institu\u021biilor cu predare \u00een limba rom\u00e2n\u0103 din teritoriu (le cunoa\u0219te\u021bi, opt la num\u0103r), au f\u0103cut apel la MECC \u0219i la Guvern \u0219i am avut posibilitatea s\u0103 putem trece vama, \u00eenso\u021bi\u021bi de poli\u021bie \u0219i de reprezentan\u021bii OSCE.<\/p>\n<p>Cauzele\u00a0 interzicerii circula\u021biei ar fi, chipurile, \u201eprotejarea popula\u021biei transnistrene de infectarea cu virusul COVID-19, noul tip de coronavirus\u201d. Deja, \u00een acea zi, se consemnau dou\u0103 persoane infectate cu virusul dat \u00een satul Doro\u021bcaia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Ce semnale ave\u021bi \u00een ce prive\u0219te starea elevilor \u0219i familiilor acestora? Se tem ori sunt optimi\u0219ti? \u00cent\u00e2mpin\u0103 deja dificult\u0103\u021bi materiale, sau se tem de aceast\u0103 perspectiv\u0103?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nu e nimeni ast\u0103zi \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103. Ne str\u0103duim s\u0103 \u021binem cont de toate: s\u0103 fim pozitivi, s\u0103 promov\u0103m stare de bine \u00een comunicarea cu discipolii, cu p\u0103rin\u021bii, cu cadrele didactice, de\u0219i la distan\u021b\u0103; dar nu po\u021bi \u0219tii&#8230; Ne str\u0103duim s\u0103 motiv\u0103m pozitiv mereu: prin mesaje, prin \u00eentreb\u0103ri delicate&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Cum e via\u021ba \u00een Grigoriopol, \u00een aceste zile? V\u0103 sim\u021bi\u021bi \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103? Se pot procura cele necesare vie\u021bii?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>E pustiu&#8230; incertitudine&#8230; Siguran\u021b\u0103, am zis deja, nu este nic\u0103ieri. Se iau m\u0103suri: se<strong>\u00a0 <\/strong>interzice deplasarea oamenilor f\u0103r\u0103 motiv, se accept\u0103 doar pentru cazuri de strict\u0103 necesitate. Se mai patruleaz\u0103 pe str\u0103zi, sunt opri\u021bi \u0219oferii, \u00eentreba\u021bi \u00eencotro se deplaseaz\u0103. Transportul interurban nu circul\u0103; a fost oprit.<\/p>\n<p>Depinde de mul\u021bi factori, \u00een primul r\u00e2nd de factorul uman, de con\u0219tientizarea fiec\u0103rui individ c\u0103 de el depinde ceea ce va fi m\u00e2ine. Cu regret, la acest capitol, lucrurile las\u0103 de dorit&#8230; Pe zi ce trece cre\u0219te num\u0103rul de persoane infectate sau suspec\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p>Se creeaz\u0103 locuri \u0219i paturi suplimentare \u00een spital pentru situa\u021bii excep\u021bionale. \u00cen magazine nu se remarc\u0103 o lips\u0103 a produselor, iar stocurile sunt completate permanent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Cum crede\u021bi c\u0103 se va schimba activitatea \u0219colar\u0103, dup\u0103 reluarea cursurilor? V\u0103 a\u0219tepta\u021bi la un sprijin corespunz\u0103tor din partea Ministerului Educa\u021biei, Culturii \u0219i Cercet\u0103rii al Republicii Moldova? La ce ar trebui deja s\u0103 fie aten\u021bi cei de la Chi\u0219in\u0103u, pentru a merge \u00eenainte liceul Dvs., \u00eempreun\u0103 cu celelalte \u0219coli de grafie latin\u0103?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La nivel de activitate pedagogic\u0103, cred c\u0103 va fi o lec\u021bie pentru fiecare elev, profesor, p\u0103rinte&#8230; Vor \u00een\u021belege, sper, valoarea <em>SACRIFICIULUI <\/em>\u00een numele existen\u021bei <em>ALTFEL<\/em>! Sper s\u0103 se \u00eent\u00e2mple o metamorfoz\u0103 la nivel de \u00een\u021belegere corect\u0103 a lucrurilor, a valorilor, <em>C\u0102 ESTE GREU C\u00c2ND NU AI SUS\u021aINERE<\/em>. Mi-ar pl\u0103cea ca oamenii s\u0103 devin\u0103 mai <strong>responsabili.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Depinde de fiecare s\u0103 dorim <em>S\u0102 TR\u0102IM<\/em> decent.
