Bender s-a reunit \u00een \u015fedin\u0163\u0103 Comisia Unificat\u0103 de Control (CUC), \u00een cadrul c\u0103reia au fost continuate discu\u0163iile pe marginea unor probleme stringente din Zona de Securitate.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1418381140942_16210\" class=\"yiv3943695109MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; padding: 0px; color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1418381140942_16209\" style=\"font-size: 10pt;\" lang=\"RO\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1418381140942_16208\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1418381140942_16207\" style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">Au avut loc discu\u0163ii contradictorii cu reprezentan\u0163ii din Tiraspol, delega\u0163ia Republicii Moldova, a intervenit argumentat cu propunerea includerii subiectelor cu privire la asigurarea liberei circula\u0163ii a cet\u0103\u0163enilor \u00een Zona de securitate, precum \u015fi a celui cu privire la transformarea postului de pacificatori unilateral nr. 10 (podul r. Nistru din or. Bender, constituit numai din militarii Federa\u0163iei Ruse), \u00een unul trilateral. Componenta transnistrean\u0103 a manifestat incapacitatea de a purta un dialog constructiv pe marginea subiectelor respective \u015fi a refuzat categoric \u015fi f\u0103r\u0103 careva temei s\u0103 se expun\u0103 asupra acestora.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1418381140942_16296\" class=\"yiv3943695109MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; padding: 0px; color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1418381140942_16295\" style=\"font-size: 10pt;\" lang=\"RO\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1418381140942_16294\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1418381140942_16293\" style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">Pentru redresarea \u015fi deblocarea situa\u0163iei create \u00een activitatea CUC, reprezentan\u0163ii Chi\u015fin\u0103ului au intervenit repetat cu solicitarea de a identifica un mecanism de monitorizare obiectiv\u0103 \u015fi echidistant\u0103 a structurilor de for\u0163\u0103 aflate \u00een Zona de Securitate, care ar putea fi efectuat \u00een comun cu exper\u0163ii Federa\u0163iei Ruse \u015fi Ucrainei sub egida Misiunii OSCE. \u00cen aceast\u0103 ordine de idei, Misiunea OSCE va convoca o \u00eentrunire separat\u0103 cu reprezentan\u0163ii Federa\u0163iei Ruse \u015fi Ucrainei \u00een CUC, \u00een cadrul c\u0103rora se va efectua un schimb de opinii pe marginea situa\u0163iei existente \u00een vederea elabor\u0103rii unei pozi\u0163ii la acest subiect.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1418381140942_16307\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; padding: 0px; color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1418381140942_16306\" style=\"font-size: 10pt;\" lang=\"RO\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1418381140942_16305\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1418381140942_16304\" style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">\u00cen cadrul \u015fedin\u0163ei, delega\u0163ia transnistrean\u0103 a abordat subiectul re\u0163inerii dlui Alexandru Subbotin \u015fi a f\u0103cut declara\u0163ii dure \u015fi nefondate pe marginea acestui caz, astfel cer\u00e2nd convocarea unei \u015fedin\u0163e extraordinare f\u0103r\u0103 a consulta pozi\u0163ia oficial\u0103 a p\u0103r\u0163ii moldovene\u015fti \u00een aceast\u0103 problem\u0103. Scopul acestei ac\u0163iuni este de a sustrage aten\u0163ia CUC de la problema libert\u0103\u0163ii circula\u0163iei, men\u0163ionat\u0103 mai sus.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; padding: 0px; color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline; background-image: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\" lang=\"RO\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">\u00cen acest sens, delega\u0163ia moldoveneasc\u0103, le-a oferit r\u0103spunsul Inspectoratului General al Poli\u0163iei al MAI RM privitor la acest caz (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">citi\u0163i mai jos<\/span>), care con\u0163ine explica\u0163iile de rigoare, astfel epuiz\u00e2nd necesitatea convoc\u0103rii \u015fedin\u0163ei extraordinare.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1418381140942_16329\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;
